The public affairs manager is a client-facing position that requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, creativity, and experience in the PR/communications field. A passion for Jewish and Israel advocacy is key, as well as an interest in conservative politics. This position is fast-paced with immense growth potential.
Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple client projects, campaigns, and tasks.

Assist with strategy and tactics for campaigns and manage budget.

Compose and follow engaging social media calendars in line with client brand.

Compose and send client newsletters and press releases covering key national topics.
-
Manage and track paid digital media efforts and allocate budget accordingly.
-
Detail creative for paid efforts and update to reflect results.
-
Manage multiple projects simultaneously to allow for multi-pronged impact.
-
Analyse data and use it to dictate communications strategy.
-
Cultivate relationships with influencers in relevant industries.
-
Write press materials, including media advisories, press releases, and op-eds.
-
Assist with pitching press items and tracking coverage.
-
Manage and update press lists regularly.

Oversee basic website updates and posts.
What You Bring

A minimum or two years experience in public affairs, communications, or PR.

Ability to work on competing priorities at the same time.

Strong copywriting skills and experience.
-
Excellent communication skills and innovative strategy.
-
Proficient in Google Suite (Excel, Slides, Word).

Strong attention to detail.
-
Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and able to be nimble.

Driven self-starter who is passionate about improving Israel’s PR.
